RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that all our customers are fully satisfied. Otherwise, you can return the product in unused condition within 14 working days to receive a refund of the returned items.

This is possible only if it's communicate the intention to return goods within 7 working days from the delivery dates. Inside the box, you'll find a dispatch note with the details of the order.

In the unlikely event in which products listed in the dispatch note are not the same with those delivered, notify it at the custom service writing an e mail to info@ciaotourist.com or call our assistence at the telephone number +393807389899 (from Monday to Sunday - from 9 am to 9 pm).

If you want to return items for a different reason respect the product exchanges, incomplete or wong delivery, first delivery of the shipping costs aren't refundable.

It's recommended to keep the receipt of return to certificate the shipping. A controll of all the returns will be made.

It isn't possible the refund , the replacement or the exchange of opened/used products.

In this case, it's impossible the refund, the exchange and the replacement and you must organize the reshipment of the products within 28 days of notification (at your own expence).

It will be accepted only the return of products purchased on the website www.blocchicomande.it

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/ WRONG PRODUCTS

If you have received a damaged or doesn't correspond at the product ordered, contact the customer service.

If you return a defective item or not corresponding at the product ordered, you will receive a full refund of all returned products.

If the damaged or defective received product is the only included in the order, it will refunded also the price of the shipping charges. (See- the return procedure).

Our customer service may resolve the problemif you send a photo of the product.

Please contact us within 14 working days from the product delivery.

REFUNDS

If you request a refund, you'll be refunded the price of the purchased products (excluding shipping fees) within 21 days from the notification of return of the products, provided that these products return in its original packing to our address within 14 days from the delivery date (See- the return procedure).

The refund will be credited to the credit card that was used to purchase the products.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you want to cancelit, contact us at the customer service - n. 3807389899 (from Monday to Sunday - from 9 am to 9 pm) and you will receive directions on how to proceed.

If your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you can see the return procedure by sending back the goods within 14 working days from the delivery. The cost of each product will be refunded once the package has been delivered.

We will make the refund of goods returned (except for shipping costs) within 21 days from the notification of the refund and only after the return of the package to its original condition within 14 days from delivery.

The refund will be credited to the credit card that was used to purchase the products.

If ou cancel the order but the return is not made within 14 working days, we reservethe right to recover the goods and charge you the costs..

These expenses may exceed the return cost.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1: Notify the intention to return or cancel an order.

The notify of the intention to cancel the order o return the items must be made within 7 working days from the delivery date and must be send via mail at info@ciaotourist.com indicating the order details.

Step 2: Complete the return form

The customer service will send you the return form via mail. Print and complete the form, it should be included insid the package with the items.

Step 3: The return of items

The items must be returned in an appropriate packaging and in its original condition without damage to the product.

The defective items should be sent in their packaging.
